These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Prize(s): 11 x prizes available to be won in total.
1 x Headline Prize: Ford e-transit custom (medium sized van) 320 L1, limited spec which will be custom wrapped in Jack Daniels branding as well as the winners business name. The vehicle comes with 12 months VED (Vehicle Excise Duty) and first registration fee.

Maximum of one entry per person per day. Maximum of one prize per person during the promotional period.
Prizes can only be used as stipulated, are not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited. Any breach of this term will result in disqualification, and we reserve the right to cancel the prize.
Eligibility: Entry is open to members of any wholesaler located in Great Britain, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the promotion. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion and/or claim any prize you may win.
Start date and closing date: This promotion opens at 00:00 on 21.05.2025 and closes at 23:59 on 14.08.2025. Entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
How to participate: To enter, buy any 4 cases of the following Qualifying Product.
Qualifying Products includes:
Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola Original Taste, Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola Cherry, Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Bacardi & Coca-Cola Original Taste, Absolute Vodka & Sprite, Absolute Vodka & Sprite Watermelon and Schweppes Mix Cocktails within a single transaction from any at any Participating Wholesale Depots or wholesaler website (subject to availability), during the promotional period. For full list of Participating Wholesale Depots see bottom of terms. Scan QR code, or click the link in online banner if entering online and enter full name and email to enter. Please retain purchase receipt as it will be required from winners to validate the qualifying purchase during the promotion period. A new purchase is required for each entry. Please ask the cashier in depots for a receipt and retain that receipt (a “Receipt”) as proof of purchase until at least 14/08/25. Or retain email receipt for online purchases.
Winner selection and notification: The winners will be drawn via a computerised system producing verifiably random results from all valid entries, within 14 days of the closing date and winners will be notified within 14 working days thereafter via email.
The first random name drawn will win the Headline Prize, and the remaining 10 names drawn will be Secondary Prize winners.
If you are a winner, you must claim your prize within 28 days of our notification. Winners will need to provide a photograph or copy of the relevant purchase receipt. If a winner fails to claim their prize the Promoter reserves the right to draw another name at random.
The winner of the Headline Prize will need to provide proof of age and ID and provide their full name and address details to validate their entry and provide a copy of valid full UK driving license to the email address provided at point of notification. Winner will need to provide bank details so BACS payment can be made towards Insurance and fuel allowance up to £2000. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you by email using details provided on entry. If you cannot be contacted or you do not claim your prize, fail to provide an address for delivery, proof of age or a full UK driving license, within 28 days of notification, or you are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random in accordance with these terms. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize for any reason.
Secondary Prize winners will be asked to confirm which Wholesale Depot retailer they have an account for and want their credit to be allocated to. The credit will be added to their selected account within 28 days of response from the winner.
By entering, participants consent to being contacted for publicity purposes. Winners may be required to sign a release form for granting the promoter the right to use their image, name and likeness from promotional activity.
The Promoter holds no responsibility for loss or damage of prize after delivery.
Delivery of the prize will be arranged directly between the winner and the Promoter’s prize provider. Delivery will be made to the winner’s home address, within GB only, and the Promoter will endeavour to carry this out within 28 days of acknowledgment of the prize notification. The winner of the van will be required to provide proof of adequate insurance in the registered keepers name a minimum of two working days prior to delivery.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize other than the provision of the Van. The prize winner will be responsible for all other costs and making their own arrangements for ensuring the vehicle is road worthy such as road tax after first year, insurance and maintenance of the vehicle, outside of the agreed package inclusions.
General Terms:
We are not responsible for:
- any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the promotion.
- technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer account resulting from participating in this promotion, or mistranscribed data.
- unauthorized human intervention or human error which may occur in any part of the entry process or the process for allocating the prize(s).
- technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
- late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen post; or
- any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason your entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, your sole remedy is another entry in the promotion, if it is possible.
Nothing in this section shall exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer or completed in bulk, will not be accepted. No incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with these terms and conditions.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries or claims that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the trips. Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
If you win, you agree to co-operate (and to procure the co-operation of your companions who share in the benefits of the prize) with any of our reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.
In so far as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the our negligence or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
Our decision is final in relation to promotional matters and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, these terms will prevail.
We reserve the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
- there has been a breach of:
- these terms and conditions.
- any law; or
- any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise.
- a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means; or
- a participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the promotion.
A list of winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Pemberton House, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ. Please do not send correspondence to this address within 3 months of the closing date of the promotion. Only the first name, surname and county of the winners will be disclosed. If you object to your details being made available, you must inform us when you are notified of your win. Please note that we may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by relevant law of Great Britain and you, and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in a court of Great Britain. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
For the purposes of this promotion, the wholesaler and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain will be joint controllers. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that the processing of your personal data may be necessary for us to fulfil our obligations in respect of the promotion and to enable you to enter the promotion and/or to claim any prize you may win. You confirm and warrant that all data provided by you for these purposes are accurate. If you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data prior to the end of the promotion, your participation may be cancelled. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain will provide the promotion microsite and collect and process personal data for the purposes of entering the promotion. Please refer to the CCEP privacy notice for more information as to how CCEP will process and protect your data Privacy notice | Coca-Cola Europacific Partners CCEP may collect and process the following data about physical prize winners: name, contact number, address, email address, date of birth and county of residence.
